My name is Dan Strobel (aka The Stumpmeister, Stumper, Stump and most derivatives of that). I started this site to help me sell on eBay then I got burned out on that for a multitude of reasons. Now I’m going to try and make a go of it with Affiliate Marketing.

I was briefly introduced to Affiliate Marketing in 2005, but back then I was on dial-up and that didn't work out, because of the time involved. After logging on to my email I would take a shower or jog a couple of miles & by the time I was done my mail would be downloaded. Dial-up had its place in the 20th Century but hey this is the 21st Century is it not? But seriously folks my hat is off to anyone that only has the dial-up method of getting online. Been There, Done That, Accepted That. It would be next to impossible to go back to dial-up, once I’ve had a taste of Life in the Fast Lane.

Since moving to the Omaha area I have been on the High Speed Information Super Highway! It has made all the difference in the world, as a matter of fact I have been so impressed with Hi Speed that I couldn't focus on any one thing so I just surfed & surfed. Now I'm getting my priorities in order again, especially since I got laid off; due to the downsizing disease going on in the States, here of late.

I have joined a group of very knowledgeable people that have been living off their Affiliate and or Article Marketing income. That’s where I want to end up! They say that any journey begins with the first footstep; well I just took a couple of steps. I’m starting out slow utilizing the proverbial shoestring budget.

The method I’m going to use to move toward this will take quite a bit longer but it will NOT cost much money, although I will sacrifice a lot of time. There is a steep learning curve that needs to be tackled, but the rewards are well worth it. There are many different ways to earn money on the internet, most take considerable sums of funds some don’t & I won’t. I’ll keep you posted if you want to check back once in a while. I am spending most of my online time here!
